Mullet!

We have all seen the iconic mullets of Billy Ray Cyrus and Barry Melrose...

But I want to add one more mullet to the list of greatness... Keely Wynne Frazier!

Note the smooth short hair on top with hair flowing off the back of the head and down the neck, it's a thing of beauty.
