Happy 1 Month Birthaversary Keely!

That's right. It has been one month since Keely was born, and what a month it has been. I was looking back at photos from the hospital and she has changed and grown so much already. She is probably up near 10 lbs. by now and keeps growing and growing as evidenced by how much time she spends eating, she's a muncher. She is also spending a lot more time awake and alert these days. It was hard to catch her with eyes open much just a couple weeks ago, but now she seems to be alert and taking in as much information as she can as often as she can. She is doing a great job of tracking items from side to side once she focuses on them. She loves to be held and recently discovered that she likes being in the moby wrap with mom which basically holds her snugly against Em's chest. She isn't sleeping much by herself yet, most of the time in the bed with us, although we can occasionally get her to sleep in the bassinet for a couple of hours. Nights continue to be long as she tends to be a bit more fussy at night and often takes a while to calm down to sleep. She has yet to meet the pacifier but has spent lots of time practicing on our pinkies. All in all it has been an amazing month and we couldn't be more pleased with how she is doing. One month down 215 to go...
